Because most of our items are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been produced.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or different from what was approved, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
